Billing:

Q: Do you offer a free trial period?

A. No, we do offer a 30 day refund if you are not completely satisfied with our product and you cancel your account within the first 30 days.

Q: How do I pay my bill?

A: Login to your account and click on the "view invoice" icon, then you may click on the payment method icon to pay your bill.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We prefer payment via Paypal, but we also accept payment via mail in check. Paypal enables you to pay via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Electronic Check and Debit Cards.

Q: What are my email settings for my mail program?
A: Mail Server Username: mail_name+yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) *.websitewelcome.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (server requires authentication) port 26
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) *.websitewelcome.com (server requires authentication) port 465

Q: How do I access my email on the web?
A: You can either go into your control panel (http://yourdomain.com/cpanel) or go directly to your email via either http://webmail.yourdomain.com or http://yourdomain.com/webmail
Q: What is the maximum email attachment size?
A: Your email size is limited to 25 megabyte attachment size, unlike the standard 5 megabyte limit. Your emails and attachments do count towards your monthly disk space and bandwidth limits.

DNS Settings:
Q: What are the proper DNS settings for my domain?

A: Please check the welcome email for your specific DNS settings as they are different for everyone.

If you no longer have your welcome email, you can login to your account and click on the link to have your welcome email re-sent to your email address.

You can also view the proper DNS settings from your control panel.


SSL Certificates:
Q: Do you offer SSL certificates?
A: We do not sell the SSL certificates, however we do support most certificates and can assist you with installing one.
Q: Do you offer dedicated IP addresses for SSL certificates?
A: Yes we do, however not all SSLs require a dedicated IP address. For those that do, we offer dedicated IP addresses for a small additional monthly fee.

cPanel Questions:
Q: How do I install a bulletin board or e-commerce store?
A: We have a large selection of pre-configured scripts already loaded on our servers. You can login to your control panel and under Software and Services, click on the link for Fantastico De Lux. From there you can simply click to install either of the 2 Bulletin Board solutions or the 3 E-commerce solutions or any number of the other pre-written scripts.
Reseller Options:
Q: Do you offer a reseller program?
A: Yes we do, we offer resellers a 10% on all referrals, paid out monthly with a minimum of $25 in referral fees.
Q: How do I sign up to be a reseller?
A: You can request reseller status from within your account once logged in.
